Rus vir die hart van die huis.
Die Gesinsbeplanner is ready.
Tap the button and the spreadsheet is yours.
Download Die Gesinsbeplanner (Excel)Open the Begin hier tab first and type your children and your grown-ups in once. Everything after that gives you drop-downs, so you're choosing instead of typing.
Then go to Beplanner and put the term in. Filter to one child and you've got their whole year on one screen. Filter to one grown-up and you can see exactly what you've handed over — and what you haven't.
On Oorsig there is one number worth looking at before any of the others: events with nobody's name on them. That's the number that quietly defaults to you.
It opens in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers. On a phone it works, but it was built for a real screen.
Free to use for your own family. Please don't sell it or pass it off as your own — otherwise, share it as widely as you like. Send it to the mamma in your class group who is always the one who knows.
This spreadsheet is the honest version: you still type every date in yourself, nothing reminds anybody, and next term starts as a blank sheet again.
That last part is what we're building — upload the school programme, it reads it, asks you the handful of things only you can answer, you check it, and the dates land in your planner. Hand something to a grown-up in the house and the reminder goes to their phone, not yours.
