Hartsrus is a digital subscription. The moment your payment succeeds, your account is active. There is nothing to post, nothing to collect, and no waiting period. You will also receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
Hartsrus reads it and shows you the dates it found, usually within a few minutes. You check them, correct anything that is wrong, and publish them to your planner yourself. Nobody types them out by hand on our side, so there is no queue and no turnaround time to wait for.
If your access hasn't appeared or the confirmation email hasn't reached you, check your spam folder first, then email hallo@hartsrus.co.za. We reply within 2 business days and will sort it out. If we cannot give you what you paid for, you get your money back.
