Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time

No notice period, no cancellation fee, no phone call, no retention script. Email hallo@hartsrus.co.za and we cancel it.

What happens then

We confirm your cancellation by email within 2 business days.
You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
You are not charged again after that.
Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not cut you off today. If you cancel an annual plan in month two, you keep Hartsrus for the remaining ten months.
The remainder of a period already paid for isn't refunded. The 14-day guarantee is the refund route.

Your information afterwards

We keep your planner for 90 days after you cancel, so that coming back is easy and nothing is lost if you change your mind. After that it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner — see the Privacy Policy.

If you are a founding member

Please read this before you cancel. The founding price is tied to an unbroken subscription. If you cancel, that price ends with it and cannot be reinstated later — your founding spot closes rather than passing to someone else. You are welcome back at any time, at the standard price.

If cost is the reason you are leaving, email us before you cancel. There may be something we can do.

If we cancel

We may close an account that breaches our Terms of Service, and we will tell you why. If we ever discontinued Hartsrus altogether, we would give reasonable notice and refund any period you had paid for but not received.
